For monthly or annual subscription plans, we will refund the prorated amount for any unused days remaining in your current billing period. Refunds are calculated from the date you contact us, not the date of your last bill.
Refunds are only available within the first 14 days following subscription activation. After 14 days, refunds on subscriptions are no longer available.
All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method by our payment processor Stripe within 7-10 business days.
