Do you use Notion to plan your social media posts?

If you do then, I've got a cool trick to show you. Let's set up social media previews right inside Notion.

1. Install the Chrome Extension

First, you need to install the Notion Social Preview Chrome extension:

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store and add the extension to your browser.

2. Pin the extension for easy access:

• Click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your browser.

• Find "Notion Social Preview" in the drop-down list.

2. Enable the Extension

Navigate to the Notion database where you plan, manage, or schedule your social media posts.

1. Click on the Notion Social Preview extension icon in your browser.

2. If you see a "Refresh" prompt, click it to reload the page.

3. Click the extension icon again and toggle the option to enable preview for the entire database.

3. View Social Media Previews

To see the previews:

1. Open any page in your database using the "Center Peek" mode.

2. Start typing your post content, and you'll see it reflected in the Twitter preview immediately.

4. Instagram Preview Setup

For Instagram previews:

You'll initially see a message: "To view preview for Instagram, please connect this database to Notionsocial, and then click on the extension icon. For more info."

Instagram previews require a media file, which should be uploaded to a "Files" type property in your database, For which you need to have your database connected to Notionsocial, In order to let the extension know, Which property is where you will be uploading the media for the post.
